3. Pro Version and Payments

Sgenix offers a Pro version with premium features. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay Sgenix the indicated subscription or one-time fees. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for the specified period as indicated.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sgenix and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sgenix.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any cheating, hacking, or manipulative behavior during battles or mock exams.
• Share, distribute, or sell access to your account to third parties.
• Attempt to bypass or exploit any security or access controls of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
